damn...i was crying to my AIN today...

I actually felt really stressful cuz my peer is so great!!

she has been an AIN in other aged care for about half year, hence she is really familiar with the aged care environment n routine..

which made me really silly actually...:(

fortunately, my AIN today was really really nice, she encouraged me a lot n even gave me her number so that i can contact her whenever i want!!

umm... how lucky i am!! ^^

however, the other thing upseted me is that there was a lady complained of my bathing skills...:(

anyway, i hope ill become better n more professional tmr, i wanna be as good as my peer!!
